How can I book a pitch or a chalet?

You can book your stay directly on our website, where you can check availability and rates in real time and complete your booking in just a few clicks. You can also book by email or telephone if you would like further information or assistance with your booking. To encourage you to use our online booking service, a discount on the booking fee is applied to all bookings made directly on our website.

Can I book by phone?

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm the booking?

Yes. All bookings must be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay in order to secure the accommodation or pitch. No booking can be guaranteed without a deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods for your stay:
– Credit card
– Cash
– ANCV holiday vouchers (paper or Connect format)
– Bank transfer

However, bank cheques are not accepted.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, it is possible to pay for your stay in instalments. However, the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date. If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please contact us so that we can agree on a payment schedule together.

Can I change a booking?

Yes, bookings can be amended up to 30 days before the start of your stay, subject to availability. Any changes will incur an administration fee of €50. They may also result in a change to the rate, depending on the price list in force at the time of the amendment. Once the 30-day period prior to arrival has passed, it is no longer possible to change the dates of your stay.

What are the cancellation terms?

In the event of cancellation of your stay:
– More than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained.
– Less than 30 days before the arrival date: the full cost of the stay is due and will be retained.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when making your booking, if you wish.

Do you offer cancellation insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for peace of mind if you haven’t already done so.

Our partner Campez Couvert offers comprehensive cover, including:
– Cancellation for medical reasons (illness, accident, COVID-19, pregnancy complications, etc.)
– Cancellation for personal reasons (resit exams, adoption, organ transplant, etc.)
– Cancellation for professional reasons (change to holiday arrangements, redundancy, transfer, etc.)
– Other reasons (theft of identity documents, denied boarding, COVID-19 close contact, etc.)

Can I cancel, get a refund or reschedule my stay in the event of bad weather?

No, adverse weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation, a refund or postponement of your stay. Cancellation insurance does not cover claims relating to bad weather.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes, a confirmation email is sent to you for every booking, summarising all the details of your stay. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept ANCV holiday vouchers, either in Connect format or on paper. Please note: for bookings made less than 30 days before your stay, it is not possible to pay using paper holiday vouchers.
If you are paying by paper holiday vouchers, they must be sent by tracked post to ensure they are received safely.

I’d like to pay using holiday vouchers. How do I do that?

You will need to send your holiday vouchers by registered post to the campsite’s address.

When do I need to pay the balance of my booking?

The balance for your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of your stay.

What time can I arrive?

Check-in begins at 4.00 pm. Guests will not be admitted before this time.

Can I arrive after reception has closed?

Yes, late arrivals are possible. Please do let reception know in advance so that we can provide you with the necessary information to access your accommodation or pitch. Please note that after 10.00 pm, it is no longer possible to enter the campsite by vehicle.

Is a deposit required during my stay?

Yes, a deposit of €320 is required on arrival, payable exclusively by credit card. This covers any damage and ensures the property is left clean at the end of your stay. The deposit will be refunded once the property has been inspected.

What time do I need to check out of my accommodation?

You must check out by 10.00 am so that the accommodation can be prepared for the next guests.

What time do I need to vacate my space?

Departure from the pitches must be completed before 11:00 am.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed for an additional daily charge. When booking, you must select the “pet” option. Category 1 and 2 pets are not permitted. Pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and their vaccination certificate must be presented.

Is cleaning included?

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, unless you have opted for the end-of-stay cleaning service.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

No, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Each accommodation is equipped with pillows and duvets. If you wish, you can add bed linen and towels as a paid option. You can hire sheets and towels individually or choose from a range of packages (Comfort, Hotel or Premium). All prices are listed in our price list, available at the bottom of the home page under the ‘Downloads’ section.

Do you stock baby equipment?

Yes, the campsite provides baby equipment such as cots, high chairs and baby baths (subject to availability and on request).

Does the campsite have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. To access it, you’ll need to log in using your email address, along with your first and last name, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Are barbecues allowed in the accommodation and on the pitches?

No, barbecues are not permitted on pitches or in accommodation. However, communal barbecues are available on the campsite. Only charcoal is permitted. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to leave a barbecue unattended.

Are there any activities or entertainment on site?

In July and August only, the campsite offers a range of entertainment, including concerts, karaoke nights, night markets, as well as wooden games and various fun activities for the whole family..

Can I have visitors during my stay?

Yes, visitors are permitted for an additional charge. However, they do not have access to the campsite’s facilities and amenities, such as the swimming pool or wellness area.

Is vehicle access permitted on the campsite at all times?

No, vehicles are no longer permitted on the roads after 10 pm to ensure peace and quiet for holidaymakers.

What facilities are available in the accommodation?

Our accommodation is fully equipped for your comfort: kitchenette, storage space, bedding (pillows and duvets), bathroom and toilet, depending on the type of booking. Facilities may vary depending on the accommodation chosen. You will receive a full detailed description when you book. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a full inventory, allowing you to see exactly what facilities are available in the chalet or accommodation you have booked.

 

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Some of our chalets are equipped with air conditioning, and these are clearly indicated in the description when you book. Other chalets do not have air conditioning, but some enjoy a naturally cooler environment thanks to their location. Furthermore, as the campsite is situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres, the nights remain cool even during periods of high temperatures or heatwaves, allowing you to sleep well and enjoy a comfortable temperature.

Are the accommodation units heated?

Yes, all our properties available to rent are fitted with heating, to ensure you enjoy optimal comfort even in the low season or when the weather is cool.

 

Do the accommodation units have a television?

Some of our properties are equipped with a television, whilst others are not. This is a paid option that you can book when making your reservation or add later before your stay, depending on the property.

 

Do the accommodation units have a coffee maker?

Yes, all our accommodation units are equipped with a filter coffee machine. Some Premium-category units also feature a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, for even greater convenience.

 

Is there an oven in the accommodation?

No, the accommodation units do not have an oven. They are equipped with a microwave so that you can easily prepare and reheat your meals.

 

Is there Wi-Fi in the accommodation?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.

 

Can we hire household appliances on site?

Yes, we offer a range of kitchen appliances for hire to enhance your stay, such as electric barbecues, planchas, and raclette and fondue sets, subject to availability.

 

How can I find out the size of the beds in the accommodation?

The bed sizes are listed in the description of each property on our website at the time of booking. You can also find this information in the inventory attached to your booking confirmation email.

Do the chalets have a barbecue?

No, the chalets are not equipped with barbecues. However, you can hire electric barbecues on site, and communal barbecues are also available on the campsite. Only charcoal is permitted for use with these.

 

Is there a parking space next to the accommodation?

Yes, there is a parking space provided near each accommodation unit.

How big are the pitches?

Our pitches range in size from 80 to 100 m², ensuring you have plenty of space to set up your tent, caravan or motorhome.

Are large motorhomes permitted?

Yes, large motorhomes are welcome. When making your booking, please ensure you specify the dimensions of your vehicle so that we can allocate you a suitable pitch.

Can we choose our location?

During the low season, you can choose your pitch based on availability at the time of booking. During the high season, pitch allocation is managed by us according to bookings and availability. However, we do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Do the pitches have an electrical connection?

Yes, all our pitches have an electrical connection. An extension cord may sometimes be useful depending on your setup. However, a P17 adapter is required to connect.

What time can we arrive at a location?

Arrivals at the pitches are from 4:00 PM. No setup is possible before this time.

What time do I need to vacate my space?

Departure from the pitches must be completed before 11:00 am.

Are the pitches shaded?

Our pitches are partly shaded and partly sunny. We try to accommodate everyone’s requests; however, depending on bookings and occupancy, it is not always possible to guarantee a specific type of pitch.

Is there water available at the pitches?

No, there are no water points directly on the pitches. However, water points are distributed throughout the campsite and are easily accessible.

Can an additional tent be set up on a pitch?

Yes, it is possible to set up an additional tent on a pitch, for an extra charge. Please mention this when making your reservation so we can include it in your stay.

What is the maximum capacity of a location?

The maximum capacity of a pitch is 6 people.

Do the pitches have sanitary facilities?

No, the pitches do not have private bathrooms. Communal toilet and shower blocks are available on the campsite. They are regularly maintained to ensure comfort and cleanliness throughout your stay.

Are the campsite pitches suitable for motorhomes, caravans and tents?

Yes, our camping pitches are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. They are designed to accommodate different types of installations depending on their size and configuration.

Does the campsite have sanitary facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

Yes, our campsite has adapted and accessible sanitary facilities for people with reduced mobility to ensure the comfort of all our holidaymakers.

Can we come camping with two vehicles on one pitch?

Only one vehicle is included per campsite pitch. A second vehicle may be accepted subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Is there a disposal point for chemical toilets?

Yes, the campsite has a dedicated waste disposal point for chemical toilets from motorhomes and caravans, accessible to customers.

Can you fill up the water tank in a campervan?

Yes, a water filling point is available for motorhomes. This service is included for campsite guests.

Is access to the aquatic area included in the stay?

Can people from outside the campsite and visitors access the aquatic area?

No, access to the aquatic area is strictly reserved for guests staying at the campsite. Outside visitors are not allowed, in order to guarantee the safety and comfort of everyone.

Is the outdoor pool open all season?

The outdoor pool is open in July and August. It may also be open in May and June depending on weather conditions and temperature.

Is there an indoor swimming pool?

The wellness area includes a swimming pool, a spa and a sauna, accessible in all seasons.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?

The aquatic area is open every day from 10am to 7pm.

 

Is the swimming pool heated?

The indoor pool is heated to 31°C for optimal comfort throughout the season. The outdoor pool is heated and maintained at approximately 25°C.

 

Are swim shorts allowed?

For hygiene reasons, only appropriate swimwear is permitted in the pool area. Swim shorts, full-length swimsuits, and covering clothing are not allowed.

 

Can children access the swimming pool on their own?

No. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

 

Is there a lifeguard?

No the swimming pool is not supervised, parental vigilance is essential.

 

Are there any water slides or water games?

Yes, the aquatic area includes a water slide.

 

Do you need to book in advance to access the swimming pool?

No, access is free within the limits of the authorized capacity.

Are animals allowed in the aquatic area?

No, animals are not allowed in the pool area for hygiene reasons.

 

Is it permitted to eat or drink by the pool?

No: consumption is prohibited for safety reasons.

Are there any specific rules to follow?

Yes, internal regulations are posted at the entrance to the aquatic area and must be respected by all users.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open daily. Opening hours vary depending on the season and are posted at reception. In July and August, reception is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Outside of peak season, reception is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Can we get tourist information at reception?

Yes, the reception staff are available to advise you on activities, visits, and must-see places in the region. You will find all the tourist brochures there.

Is there a shop on the campsite?

Yes, the campsite has a shop at reception where you will find basic necessities, emergency items, souvenirs and some local products depending on the season.

Do you offer a bread and pastry delivery service?

Yes, a bread and pastry delivery service is offered every morning in July and August only. Orders generally need to be placed the day before.

Are there laundry facilities on site ?

Yes, a laundromat is available with washing machines and dryers (for a fee). The washing machines and dryers operate with 2 euro coins.

Does the campsite have charging stations for electric vehicles?

Yes, an electric vehicle charging station is available on the campsite (paid service / subject to conditions).

Is it possible to buy food on site?

During peak season, the restaurant is open every evening except Wednesday.
Out of season, it is open from Friday to Sunday.

Whether dining in or taking away, a reservation is recommended.

Is it possible to rent equipment on site?

Yes, depending on availability, it is possible to rent certain equipment such as refrigerators, barbecues or other comfort equipment.
