How do I add additional options to my cottage reservation?
No worries if you forgot to book options when you originally booked. You can add options such as bed linen rental, cleaning, or a baby kit when you arrive at the property.
When can I pick up the keys to my cottage?
To collect the keys to your chalet and check in, you must go to the reception from 4pm to 7pm in winter and from 4pm to 8pm in summer. Please bring an ID and your health pass.
What are the obligations for the check-out of my chalet?
On the day of your departure, you must return the keys before 10am so that our teams can prepare the chalet for the next arrivals. The cottage must be tidied and cleaned, unless you have chosen the cleaning option.
When can I access my campsite?
Your campsite is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, it must be vacated before 11am. Please remember your ID for check-in.
How does WiFi access work?
WiFi is available throughout the property. Access is free and illimited. No further steps are required.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, your pet can accompany you during your holiday, with a supplement, provided it is vaccinated. Category 1 & 2 dogs or dogs assimilable by their morphology are however prohibited.
How do I manage visits during my stay?
Your visitors will have to go to the reception with their pass and pay a fee of 2 € per person. This fee allows them to access the campsite for the day but not to stay or access the pool areas. Visitors’ vehicles and pets are not allowed.
